Goodbye Chemtrails, Hello Blue Skies! The Do-It-Yourself Kit for Sky Repair

A couple of years ago, I was standing outside a restaurant on a sunny day in southern California showing Joanna Beck, wife of Dr. Bob Beck, just how simple it was to disperse clouds using The Visual Ray (1), a technique I learned from reading Trevor James Constable's (2) book, The Cosmic Pulse of Life. After demonstrating the technique to her on a couple of smaller clouds, we worked together on evaporating a particular large cumulus cloud and noticed how the blueness of the sky was slightly darker where the large cloud had existed only a few minutes earlier, a result of intensified orgone energy (3) accumulating in that area.
Almost simultaneously, we wondered aloud whether a group of people could use this technique to break up chemtrails! I tried it a number of times on my own, but I couldn't get chemtrail 'clouds' to break up and disperse the same way normal clouds would and I wondered silently whether a Cloudbuster, a simple invention of Wilhelm Reich.to direct orgone energy in the atmosphere, could tackle the job.
Over the course of 35 years, Trevor Constable had modified Reich's original long pipe arrayed Cloudbuster down to a much smaller, compact, and simpler design that could 'make' or 'break' weather in any direction he chose: He could make rain or stop it; he could relieve drought and break up smog or create a dry spell and intensify smog conditions. The manner in which you manipulate the atmospheric ether in a given area is the key.
Trevor discovered that success depends on how you apply his Cloudbuster design to direct the flow of etheric energy. Its normal movement is from west to east in northern latitudes. If you reverse its flow and build up clouds, you'll get rain. If the flow of orgone is stagnated and bottled up, you'll get drought or smog. If you release the etheric flow after being 'bottled up' or stuck during a dry spell, you will get torrential rains. There is likely no civilian on the face of this earth who has accumulated more expertise about weather engineering than Trevor James Constable
However, the hero of this article is Don Croft, a man who was already familiar with Reich's observations of orgone energy and his invention of the Cloudbuster. Don was talking one day with a man who told him about a radionics type device that he obtained over the internet. He said that paid over $500 for a plastic box which contained some dials and mostly metal shavings and epoxy resin.
Don was intrigued and read more information about the device. The maker of the device had capitilized on an observation that Wilhelm Reich had written about in one of his books on orgone energy, The Cancer Biopathy. Reich found that any organic material, when juxtapositioned with metal, will act as an absorber of orgone energy which is first attracted to and then reflected away by the metal. The device maker was calling his device an orgone generator (abbreviated "orgen" here). Apparently, an orgen can generate the positive form of orgone ("OR") energy by transmuting or neutralizing the deadly or negative form of orgone energy dubbed "DOR" . Orgone accumulators , on the other hand, can accumulate (and intensify) both the positive and deadly polarities of orgone energy. Orgone accumulators have traditionally been abbreviated "oracs" and Don sometimes uses that term himself, but Don's modified version of a Cloudbuster employs the mixture of metal shavings and plastic resin of the orgone generator and is not the same thing as a traditional Reichean orogne accumulator or Reichean Cloudbuster. The marrying of metal shavings and plastic resin of the orgone generator with Reich's Cloudbuster pipes has resulted in a different atmospheric instrument, with new and inique attributes from the traditional Reich Cloudbuster.
It's probably more appropo to call it a "Chembuster" (4) to distinguish it from Reich's Cloudbuster and avoid misunderstandings among Reich aficionados and pedagogues. The orgone generator portion of Don's hybrid devices consists of metal shavings, magnets, crystals, and sometimes a Mobius coil or spiral coils that are rigidly held in place by epoxy or polyester resin. With psychic inisights gained form his wife Carol, and a little help from dowsing, Don had also put together a much smaller, cone shaped orgone generator using the above mentioned materials and called it a Holy Handgrenade (HHg) which you can make yourself (5) or obtain one ready made. A number of people have reported unusual and positive emotional/physical effects produced by a HHg, even from a considerable distance. Don also incorporated the orgone generator into his Terminator (7), his latest hybrid modification of a low frequency bioelectric 'zapper' that has also generatred some "unusual" reports (8) of its own.
Five Crystal Orgone Generators
Orgone generators have the ability to focus life-positive orgone energy and break up areas of noxious, life-draining energies of DOR, a word coined by Wilhelm Reich for Deadly ORgone. Don found that his orgone generator could neutralize DOR and seemed to only generate positive, life-enhancing energies. Don and his wife began planting these five crystal orgone generators at outdoor locations near nuclear power plants and other areas of noxious, life depleting energies (secret underground and underwater bases, etc.) and started to have a definite effect on improving the energy fields radiating from these zones.
Since he already was thinking about using the Reich Cloudbuster to try and break up chemtrails, Don took it a step further and combined a large version of his HHg with the rigid copper pipes of a Cloudbuster and a 2 gallon plastic bucket to hold the whole enchilada together. This modification of Reich's Cloudbuster into a Chembuster is a unique and original prototype initiated by Don & Carol Croft and produces some rather 'unique' effects.
Don originally had set up his Chembuster outside on a chemtrail-overcast day with the pipes pointing straight up and sure enough, after a while, the chemtrails started to break up revealing blue sky above. The longer he left the Chembuster in place, the clearer the sky got, eventually covering an area out to 90 miles. He later improved the Chembuster design and got the coverage to extend out to 120 miles. A man named Rick from the Los Angeles area timed how long it took his Chembuster to disperse overhead Chemtrails and posted his photos to the Don's original Cloudbuster chat forum (now defunct). Amazingly, the area immediately above Rick's Chembuster transformed from Chemtrail laden overcast to CLEAR blue sky in less than 10 minutes. You can see the photo sequence here (9).
Don had contacted me by E mail last year and was sending me reports of his success with the Chembuster both in this country and abroad. He had sent the instructions to an African man named Gert Botha living in Namibia who built a modified version of the device using locally scavenged materials (read Africa's First Cloudsbuster). (10)
Initially, Gert found that his Chembuster was having an effect on the incessant sand storms, causing them to constantly change direction, but eventually he found that aiming the Chembuster south at an angle of 30 degrees to the horizon forced the sandstorms to stop. After being parked in this position for two months, his Chembuster brought on torrential rains for the first time in many dry months to one of the driest regions of Africa.
Your Weekend Project
Complete instructions to make your own Chembuster are included in this article. It will cost you about $150 US dollars if you buy all of the materials new, but if you're a scrounger, you can probably do it for the cost of the plastic resin. Anyone with modest do-it-yourself skills can build these devices, but be aware that a Reichean style Cloudbuster is not a toy. It directs orgone energy, both the good type and the harmful DOR type. Don's modification of the traditional CB has removed most of the concern and potential dangers of DOR, since the orgen neutralizes the DOR, but one individual reported getting a headache after touching the pipes of a Chembuster and NOT touching the base to ground himself out. Always touch the base after handling the pipes of an active Chembuster.
A traditional Cloudbuster patterned after Reich's design has the potential to be harmful if you don't know what you are doing. Trevor Constable told me first hand a story about the late Robert McCullough, Reich's friend and assistant in the Arizona desert in the 1950's. Dr Reich and Bob were running pioneering experiments with Reich's Cloudbuster in the desert when Bob had allowed a big (functioning) Cloudbuster to accidentally touch the side of his bare leg-which instantly paralyzed his leg and caused him excruciating pain. It took weeks to recover. Bob walked with a limp and had to use a cane for the rest of his life. The desert environment contains the highest ratio of atmospheric DOR energy than any other place on Earth, so it was the worst possible location to have such an accident. You don't have that sort of concern with Don's Chembuster, but touch the base (just to be sure) after handling the pipes to avoid the potential of getting a headache. In general, avoid touching the pipes of a Chembuster after it has been set up and running for a few days. If you need to touch the pipes of an active Chembuster, it's a good idea to take a heavy copper conductor wire, like an battery jumper cable, and touch the jumper cable to each pipe in turn while holding the opposite end of the cable against the earth (or at least against the resin/metal matrix of the base if you can't get at the soil).

The Visual Ray or How Trevor Taught me Cloud Busting
In the Beginning
(Southern California) It all started about three years ago while eating a $2.50 luncheon special at the China King Restaurant in Costa Mesa with a couple of friends. We had just finished yakking for almost four hours with the Bob Beck Gang at the regular Tuesday breakfast meeting and now we were continuing the prattle as a cozier trio in a different restaurant. We often went to have lunch at the China King because the price was right and atmosphere seemed conducive to science talk. We were talking about Nikola Tesla and experiments he had performed in the late 1800's which affected the weather and created other unusual atmospheric phenomena. Somewhere between the egg roll and the fried noodles, one of the guys, Merlin Wolf, mentioned the name of Trevor Constable.
"Who?" says I. "Trevor James Constable" says he.
Merlin said that the conversation had reminded him of experiments that Trevor Constable had performed aboard ships on the high seas that could affect the weather. He said Trevor could make it rain or turn a cloudy day into clear blue skies using a device invented by Wilhelm Reich called a Cloud Buster.
"Whoa, you're kidding!" says I. "No, I'm not kidding." says he.
Trevor had learned from Reich that it was Orgone energy that held the clouds together and not the little dust particles and droplets of water that we've all been told about in school. I later learned that orgone energy is often referred to as a 'living' energy and has been given sundry names over the years. Nikola Tesla and James C. Maxwell called it the Ether or Aether, the Chinese called it Chi, and Reich called it Orgone. Other bright guys, like Karl Von Reichenbach, John W. Keeley and Viktor Schauberger, also stumbled upon different manifestations of orgone energy in the 19th Century and the early decades of the 20th Century. They too devised methods of harnessing this energy and putting it to practical use.
(Never heard of these men? Never read a word about their discoveries in your science or physics class right along with Isaac Newton, Thomas Edison or Alexander Graham Bell? Well, there's a 'good' reason for that, but that considerable explanation will have to wait for another time.)
The Second "Law"
Orgone energy defies many of the accepted 'laws' of standard physics, such as the Second Law of Thermodynamics, which, roughly translated, says that energy always diffuses from a higher state towards a lower one ( higher concentration towards lower). Once you understand the nature of orgone energy, however, you soon realize that the Second Law of Thermodynamics isn't really a 'law' at all, since orgone defiantly demonstrates that its energy can move in the opposite direction (lower concentration towards higher). Before we attach the name 'law', to what is really an assumption based on mechanical observations, it should be immutable and applicable 100% of the time, but if it fails in even ONE instance, it's not much of a 'law'.
Orgone busts the rivets right off this bulwark of establishment science with the same ease that it busts clouds. The reader should be aware, however, that such thoughts are tantamount to high heresy in the minds of conventional physicists and academicians (our article on the Joe Energy Cell, an orgone free energy device, also makes a monkey out of Second Law of Thermodynamics.
Merle Continues
By siphoning orgone energy either away from clouds or directing it into clouds, you could dissolve or build up clouds-at will. Merle said that Trevor could control the weather to such a degree that he could create a squall line of rain showers just ahead of his ship and keep it moving forward, but never touch the ship.
"OK, exactly how?" says I. "With the Cloud Buster" says he.
Merle then went on to explain that Trevor's Cloud Buster sort of looked like a Gattlin' Gun with a thyroid problem. In a Cloud Buster, a series of 1 to 12 very long tubes are mounted parallel to each other and held attached to a tripod with a full turret swivel. The entire tube assembly can also be pivoted from horizontal to full vertical. Some sort of 'resonant tuning box' is connected to the rear end of the tubes and a very long wire is also connected from the end of the tubes and trailed into the sea water. By pointing the Cloud Buster at a cloud, you could draw off its orgone energy and direct it into the tubes and then into the water, for which it has a very strong affinity. Somehow (Merle couldn't remember how), Trevor was able to reverse the process and 'upload' orgone into the clouds and cause them to build up. If he kept on building them up, he could create a thunderstorm; and he often did. Merle mentioned that Trevor wrote all about this and other fascinating things in a marvelous book called "The Cosmic Pulse of Life".
I knew I wasn't going to forget that book because it had such an intriguing title. While snapping open my fortune cookie, I silently vowed to myself that I would find that book and read more about ole Trevor and the Cloud Buster (control the weather, ..hmm, heavy stuff).
On and off for the next couple of years, I kept my eye out for that book, but I never saw it in book stores. I looked it up once on Amazon.com, but they said that it usually shipped in 4-6 weeks and sometimes it was out of stock. I was discouraged at the idea of waiting that long and decided to just let it go. However, when I attended a week-long seminar at the Arkansas Research Institute in September of '99, I saw it sitting on the shelf while passing through their library and I reminded myself once again that I've gotta get that book and have a peek inside.
Fast forward to early May of this year
A scientist friend of mine needed to thin out some of his 'stuff' at home. He was moving to a smaller place and couldn't take all of the accumulations that most of us 'researchers' are prone to collect. Merle and I bought a bunch of equipment from him. I stayed there a little longer than Merle and I was able to haul off two big boxes full of great books which included-yes- The Cosmic Pulse of Life ( I didn't tell my wife, of course, about my latest acquisitions which I quickly hid before she got home. She seems to feel, for some odd reason, that I have enough 'stuff' already and don't need any more...).
Well, at long last, I got to open that red jacketed paperback and see for myself just what Mr. Constable had to say.
Well, what he had to say, dear friends, is simply amazing.
(Aside: This article is devoted to Trevor's explanation of the Visual Ray and how you can utilize this astounding phenomena yourself to direct orgone energy -with your eyes, but Trevor's book deserves much greater attention since it exposes many revelatory and important topics of what he calls the New Knowledge. I strongly urge you to read this magnificent tome.)
Back to Our Tale...
The Visual Ray
Ready Orgone energy pervades, permeates, and extends beyond the boundary of all living things. It's often called the etheric body, but it is also known as the fundamental body, the formative-force body, and the orgone body. Using dicyanin goggles and sensitizing the eyes, you can readily see it as the human aura. With practice, you can dispense with the goggles altogether and see the aura unaided in dim light with the right sort of background. The luminescence we see as the aura is due to the radiation of this energy. This radiation emanates more strongly from the ends of pointy body parts like fingers. You can feel the orgone body as well as see it.
Sit down in a quiet place and point the ends of your fingers at each other from your slightly cupped hands. Separate the fingers by an inch or two and move them back and forth so they are horizontally traversing each other. Close your eyes and quiet yourself until you feel the feathery, gossamer like brushing sensation as the rays of orgone energy emerging from your fingertips cut across each other. Most people can feel it within a few minutes. As you become more sensitized to the feel of the rays, you can separate your fingers wider apart and see how far out you can notice the effect. For the skeptical who think it's the action of air currents, place a large cardboard wall between your hands and oscillate your hands again. You will still feel the brushing sensation because orgone goes right through cardboard. Trevor mentions that Rudolf Steiner describes, in his writings, the role of the etheric body in all of the body's sensory processes of perception.
Aim On page 61 of Cosmic Pulse, Trevor tells us that the departure of a ray of energy from the human eye is an integral part of the process of vision. He refers to the book, Man or Matter by Dr. Ernst Lehrs in which Lehrs identifies the eye beam as the "visual ray". Trevor continues:
"This term is appropriate because the visual ray acts similarly to a radar beam, going out into space from the human being and extending consciousness out into space. Each eye emits energy, but one eye is the "master eye" and controls and the whole process. Through the visual ray, the living energy in you makes contact with external objects, reaching out and grasping those objects, as it were. The visual ray is of the same quality as the rays leaving your fingertips, but is much more sensitive and more functional because of its direct connection to consciousness. The visual ray is also under the direction, in a mechanical sense, of the exquisite human ocular apparatus."
You can feel the visual ray yourself by sitting in a darkened room and allowing yourself to become quiet and acclimated to the environment. Turn off the TV, radio, etc.; any source of distracting sounds. Trevor reminds the reader that, in this exercise, one is attempting to reactivate or awaken faculties and endowments of the human organism that have been beaten down by the assaults of daily life and brainwashed out of us by establishment science which is cemented in mechanistic thought. So give it a chance to work. He advises:
"Give the grander realities a chance to live in you and to show you their wonders. Hold your hands up in front of you in the dark, palms facing you. Remember that the visual ray is a subtle beam of energy that leaves your eyes like a radar beam-the same quality of subtlety as the rays you have seen and felt from your fingertips. Attempt now to feel the gentle passage of the visual ray across your hands. You will find its gossamer subtlety a new experience in feeling. Persist and your sensitivity will improve. Focus all your faculties of touch into the visual ray and send it out into the darkened room to feel all kinds of protuberances."
Fire Now that we have laid the foundation for understanding and have practiced a bit in the home, let's step outside and evaporate some clouds with the visual ray!
1. Pick a day when you have a number of small, cotton ball looking, fair weather clouds.
2. Decide on the cloud you want to dissipate and have someone photograph, videotape, or at least witness what you are about to do. The experience is exhilarating and it should be shared.
3. Resolve within yourself that you're going to evaporate the cloud with your visual ray and understand that you will draw the orgone energy that was residing within the cloud, into your eyes and then into your body.
4. Concentrate on the cloud you want to bust and slice your visual ray back and forth across it, checkerboard style, horizontally and vertically. Afterwards, bore holes into it and keep slicing the fragments as the cloud begins to break up. You are drawing the orgone energy into your eyes and into you. Keep up the attack. Eventually (within five minutes), the cloud will completely disappear. The first time I did this was electrifying. I was besides myself with giddiness and self delight. You can continue busting clouds, but only up to a point. Eventually, you will absorb as much orgone energy as your body can tolerate at the moment and afterwards absorb no more. Excess orgone can discharge as electricity or through sexual ejaculation (another article).
For me, this experience was thrilling. Trevor intones repeatedly throughout his book that you must do these experiments yourself in order to own them. Just reading about it isn't enough. By experiencing this capability yourself, you now realize that you are not merely an animated bag of minerals worth 98 cents (going 'rate' when I was in high school) as mechanistic science would have it, but rather a thriving, bio dynamic life force exuding creative radiant life energy.

Trevor James Constable is an extraordinary man. The measure of his skill as an author, aviation historian and investigator of unusual phenomena is clearly borne out in his books. His greatest contribution to mankind, his masterwork, is surely The Cosmic Pulse of Life published in 1975; a book of enormous value and breath. Every Age seems to have their own. The self realized adventurer whose wanderlust among uncharted borderlands returns to mankind brand new specimens of insight and knowledge to broaden and benefit the human fraternity. Among inventors, every school child knows the classic examples of Edison and Bell, but relatively few would have known of the great accomplishments of a magnificent trail blazer of the first half of the 20th Century by the name of Ruth Drown, had it not been for the tenacity of an equally formidable trail blazer of the second half of the 20th century, Trevor James Constable.
Trevor's wanderings have taken him far, but a broad review of his life's work must include his development and refinement of a reliable method of weather manipulation known as Etheric Rain Engineering, his discovery and photography of huge, plasmoidal aerial creatures in the 1950's which he identified as "Critters", his capturing of color photos of UFO's using ordinary 35 mm color film and a special lens filter, his documentation of the extraordinary advancements in the healing arts discovered by Dr. Ruth Drown and her subsequent persecution by the government, his elaboration of the New Knowledge brought forth by Rudolf Steiner and Wilhelm Reich, among others, whose discoveries could herald a renewed Renaissance for all of mankind if more widely known and embraced, and his international reputation as an aviation historian of German and Allied fighter pilots of World War II
Born in New Zealand in 1925, Trevor J Constable engaged a long career at sea which spanned nearly a half century, lasting from World War II until 1992. After finishing high school, he joined the New Zealand Merchant Marine for a year, followed with the British Merchant Marine for five years, and after emigrating to the United States in 1952, sailed for 26 years with the U.S Merchant Marine as a Radio Electronics Officer. He plied the North Atlantic with the British in the late 40's aboard the famed Queen Mary and completed more than 300 crossings of the North Pacific aboard the SS Maui, flagship of the Matson Navigation Company; the ship upon which he conducted many of his famous weather manipulation experiments utilizing the multi-tubed Cloudbuster invented by Wilhelm Reich and the etheric principles expounded by Rudolf Steiner and Gunther Wachsmuth.
During his 14 years aboard the SS Maui, he was finally able to divorce his cloudbusting equipment from water grounding, a substantial step forward. He now opened a new epoch in etheric weather engineering based on biogeometric forms and phi geometry. His technical goal was to directly access the etheric continuum and use its native laws to engineer weather, especially rain. Variants developed in this experimental crucible on the high seas were frequently employed which included rotating formats on the moving ship and injecting harmonious spiralling motions into the ether by human design. Trevor's real-world progress was documented using very compelling time-lapse video. This video documentation demonstrated that his simple etheric vortex generators worked effectively on the local weather, even through half-inch thick steel -- six decks down within the ship's hull.
As the size and weight of his etheric translators were progressively reduced, realization of a longtime dream came within reach: taking etheric rain engineering AIRBORNE. By 1994, he had conclusively proved in a series of airborne tests in Hawaii, that airborne etheric rain engineering was another new epoch in etheric engineering. The widened horizon from an aircraft, unmatched visibility, and infinite heading control, greatly magnified the effects he had learned to produce in his years of maritime pioneering.
In the late 80s and early 90s, he documented a series of smog reduction operations in southern California. These proved the effectiveness of etheric manipulation techniques against smog, in an area considered the largest and filthiest smog region in America. Funded by Singapore businessman and entrepreneur George K. C. Wuu, these operations culminated in a full-season, anti-smog operation in 1990, using fourteen stations throughout southern California. Smog came down in that single season by an astonishing 24 percent, for a total investment cost of $35,000. Federal and state authorities were notified -IN ADVANCE- of this smog reduction endeavor using official forms. Despite Trevor's stellar results, California was not interested in the further use of these techniques and has since seen smog expenditures exceed $10 billion, with no end in sight for 2003.
Trevor's rain and smog operations are recounted in a 1994 book entitled Loom of the Future. The book employs a new literary format in the form of a book-long interview, with more than 130 photographs keyed to the text. Loom of the Future provides a historical education in the step by step progress of etheric engineering.
In 1991, the Singapore company Trevor formed with George Wuu, AEREO, was hired by the State of Melaka in Malaysia, then in drought. Working with George Wuu and Dr. Peter Lindemann from atop a 32-story hotel in Melaka, he engineered 38 measurable rains during a 57-day dry-season period -- approximately 75 percent of a normal annual Melaka rainfall, in mainland Malaysia's driest state.
Following Trevor's development of airborne etheric rain engineering in 1994, having proved it practicable and feasible in both Hawaii and Malaysia, George Wuu now formed a new commercial rain engineering enterprise in Singapore called Etheric Rain Engineering Pte. Ltd. This corporation provides airborne etheric rain engineering services to governments. The company has a website with many splendid articles and explanations of etheric science at http://www.rainengineering.com . The greatest difficulty that has plagued the company since its inception has not been engineering rain or conquering smog, but rather overcoming bureaucratic sloth and the vested interests of the 'disaster' industry; a dilemma that hobbles them to this day.
Trevor's greatest literary contribution to humanity is surely The Cosmic Pulse of Life, first published in 1975. Here, he elucidates the great forward leaps engendered by the likes of Rudolf Steiner, Wilhelm Reich, and Ruth Drown, an advanced soul who Trevor often described as a 'saint' who was first crucified, and then literally murdered by orthodox medical interests working through government stooges. Dr. Drown's invention of Radio-Vision alone, an embarrassingly simple instrument used to obtain CAT scan-like X-ray images of a patient-at a distance, should have earned Drown the Nobel Prize in the early 1930's. Instead, she was forced to endure a lifetime of unending pillorying, vilification, belittlement and kangaroo courts designed to break her emotionally, physically, and financially. In the chapters titled The Boys Downstairs and The Battle for The Earth, Trevor brings to light-25 years before anyone heard of the name David Icke-the hidden hand of the Ahrimanic powers, malevolent fourth dimensional alien forces who are subverting and enslaving humankind from within. Other chapters in this magnificent compendium deal with the Four Ethers, UFO's, Critters, Etherean science, Meade Layne (founder of the Borderland Sciences Foundation), George Van Tassel, Ernst Lehrs, Dr Franklin Thomas, and a host of other important revelations and personalities too numerous to include here.
On land, his interest in UFO's investigation was undoubtedly fanned by the phenomenal activities that he had witnessed in the 1950's at a remote location in the California desert known as Giant Rock, near Landers. It was there where George Van Tassel had been taken aboard an alien spacecraft in 1954 and afterwards was in regular psychic communication with this group of aliens and other 'space brothers' who were able to speak through Van Tassel using his vocal apparatus. Van Tassel held regular public get-togethers within a large, hollowed out room excavated beneath Giant Rock which included both human and, at times, human looking alien 'guests', who sometimes materialized and dematerialized in full view of those attending. UFO manifestations and fly-bys were also a common sight at Giant Rock in those days. Trevor was initially eager to learn from Van Tassel how to open up such psychic channels himself, but later came to deeply regret having acquired the skill. It took the help of a gifted clairvoyant, Dr. Franklin Thomas, to finally end these unwanted psychic intrusions.
While Trevor is best known for his UFO investigations and weather manipulation activities, few people realize his reputation as an aviation historian of fighter pilots of World War II. He wrote six books with Col. Raymond Toliver in which they documented the aeronautical feats and heroism of flying aces from both sides of the Atlantic. His definitive biography of Erich Hartmann, the world's greatest fighter pilot, in a book titled The Blond Knight of Germany was one of the most popular fighter ace biographies ever sold. The German edition alone, has enjoyed over 50 hardcover reprintings to date and has sold more than 300,000 copies.
Today, at 77, TJ Constable retains the physical appearance and stamina of a man half his age. He recently collaborated with Jose Escamilla, known for his video taping of "rods", to produce a documentary about a tentative connection between Trevor's larger (mature?) Critters and Jose's smaller (immature?) rods. The video will include footage shot by Trevor aboard airliners in the 1970's with his 18A optical filter which shows UFO's -in color- coming right up to the aircraft and flying side by side, unseen by other passengers. Trevor remains optimistic that the bureaucratic barriers to commercial rain engineering will someday be sufficiently dismantled to allow him and George Wuu to fully employ the marvelous methodology that he labored so long to perfect and bring rain to those many drought stricken regions of the earth where famine and economic depression need not exist.

(3) Orgone

As all known effects of Orgone are seen in the functioning of a Joe cell, it is reasonable to assume that the reader should have a good working knowledge of Orgone energy. Additionally, as the cell obeys all know Orgone laws and as the cell’s operation does not contradict even one Orgone effect, it is safe to assume that this is the energy that is utilized in the cell. In honour of, and respect to one of the world’s great, forgotten, and scorned scientists, namely Wilhelm Reich, I will continue to use the name Orgone as used by Reich. A multitude of other scientists, great and small, have given this mysterious force a name. In a following chapter I have listed at least 70 names by various individuals for the same or a similar force.
Orgone energy is the live cosmic energy of Nature. To quote Reich… The Cosmic OR Energy fills the universe…and …it is a spontaneously pulsating, mass-free energy…
For interested readers, there is a huge collection of facts, opinions and absolute rubbish on the internet regarding Reich and Orgone. As the aim of this book is to focus on the Joe cell, the above definition will suffice.
SOME PROPERTIES OF ORGONE ENERGY
Thousands of properties have been observed for the life force and I would like to list and explain the main ones relating to the cell.
1.It is mass free i.e. Orgone energy has no inertia or weight, etc., so conventional test equipment that requires reaction or something to “push” against to measure a force will be ineffective.
2. It is present everywhere, but more importantly to the Joe cell user, the concentration is variable from place to place and from time to time [we are waiting to find out if putting an orgone generator in proximity to a Joe cell will eliminate this variable].
3. It is in constant motion. It has an uneven movement from West to East at a speed considerably greater than the earth’s rotation. The motion is a pulsating expansion and contraction and a flow normally along a curved path. Inside an accumulator, the energy is emitted as a spinning, pulsating wave. Both of these can be seen to varying degrees in a charging vat and/or cell. These signs are very important to the experimenter as they are his tools in the different stages of seeding and breeding of the cell.
4. It negates the laws of entropy [old paradigm=entropy, new paradigm=negentropy]. Orgone energy flows from the lower concentrations to the higher concentrations i.e. Orgone attracts concentrations to itself. This is the normal process of creation and as such is a proof of Orgone being a living energy. For the experimenter, this is very important, especially in the seeding stage. If the cell is located in unfavourable location, it may not seed or take a long time to seed. I have had cells taking 4 weeks to seed, others take only a few days.
5. Matter is created from it. Under appropriate conditions, which are not rare or unusual, I have had different minerals formed from identical cells. This in my case is usually a white or green powder that forms as a very fine colloid that eventually sinks to the bottom of the cell. You definitely don’t want this to occur in the Joe cell as the cell will not run the car and the only solution is to completely dismantle, repolish and clean all components. For the skeptical, you may assume that the deposits are coming out of the water. I strongly disagree.
6. It can be manipulated and controlled. We do this in the cell by forming alternate organic and non-organic “cylinders” to form an accumulator for the Orgone. Thus the organic layers attract and soak up the Orgone and the metallic layers draw it from the organic material and radiate it into the interior of the accumulator. Additionally we use electricity, magnetism and electrolysis to assist with the breeding process.
7. It comes from the sun in vast quantities. As such, allowing for thermal lag, the Orgone density peaks in the afternoon and diminishes in the early morning hours. As people have found, a leaky cell will not function as it “dies” around 3 to 4AM.
8. It is affected by weather [orgone accumulators are not], i.e. humidity, cloudcover, temperature and time of day affects the accumulation of Orgone. For the experimenter with a leaky cell this explains the weird behavior of leaky cells i.e. sometimes they work, other times not, but if you stand on one foot, talk to it, try different water, chemistry, more or less power etc., it will “come good.” This has created a whole religion of what you must do or not do, to such and extent that with the blind leading the blind, the cell in the hands of a casual constructor is doomed to failure.
9A. It moves in the direction of a magnetic field. This is highly significant to the cell builder. This factor controls the position and polarity of the cell’s internal wiring as well as controlling how much residual magnetism the steel can have and still allow the cell to work. This is critical in the choice and cutting operations of the related metals. Again, a whole mythology has developed around this area. From reading previous material on the subject, it seems that the steel has to be cut by vestal virgins in the Black Forest on a moonlit night!
9B. It moves at right angle to an electrical field. Again, highly important, as it dictates polarity and wiring connection to the cell.
10. It is absorbed by water. This is one of the reasons that we use water in the cell. To be successful, the water has to be the right type of water. By the way, for example, we could have used bees wax instead of water, but as we want to encourage the breeding process with all the tricks in the book, the bees wax would have prevented the use of electrolysis.
11. It is polarized. As Orgone is polarized, that is, we can have positive or negative Orgonic force, so we can build a positive or negative cell. But, as you mix your positive and negative construction materials as most people do, then your result is a leaky or non-operations cell. [+ and – here refer to direction of orgone flow, not good and bad orgone]
12. It will penetrate or travel along all known materials. All bodies of continuous structure are equally good conductors e.g. it may travel through 70 feet or more of solid metal. As such, do not think that you are trapping it in the cell. The only reason it stays in the cell at all is because it wants to. It is up to the experimenter to set up a seeding and breeding environment that is conducive to the Orgone and not try to create an imaginary prison that the experimenter hopes will trap the Orgone. As a side note: mankind has created synthetic materials in recent times that can greatly stop the penetration of Orgone. I am talking about polymers.
13. It has a slow conduction rate. Orgone will take 20 seconds to traverse 50 yards of wire. For the experimenter, this means that you should wait about 30 seconds after turning power on to the cell before you can expect to observe Orgone action at a stable rate.
14. It exhibits a constant upward tendency, rising vertically. Highly important in creating a non-leaky cell installation in a car.
15. It cannot remain in steel or water longer than about 1 hour. Simply said, if your cell is not breeding, it will die in about an hour. This explains the use of a 1.5V battery across leaky cells to maintain a breeding process. What you achieve with the small potential across the cell is a very low rate of electrolysis that matches the leaking of the cell and thus maintaining the breeding process.
16. It radiates a great distance. From a typical cell the radiation circumference is at least 160 feet. Think about it!
17. It follows optical laws. It can be refracted by a prism, reflected by polished surfaces, etc. This explains the reason for the mirrored or highly polished surfaces in some parts of the cell. It also allows us to control some leaking by utilizing optical laws [we find that orgone generators are much more effective when used with crystals].
18. It surrounds itself with alternating spherical zones of opposite polarity. This is utilized by us to determine cylinder diameters and consequential spacing in the optimization of the cell [Joe Blow, the inventor, made his cells without this consideration and they were successful. The one demonstrated in his video was made in a glass sugar jar]
19. It is affected by living beings. Again, important, as the experimenter and his attitude can interact with the cell.
20. It can only be concentrated to the finite amount. If a cell is charged to its maximum degree so that it can hold no more, the Orgone will transform itself into electricity, and in this way or form, find a discharge. By the visual observation of the bubbles, pulsations, and surface tension of the water, we utilize this fact to our advantage.
21. Torsion (Orgone) fields transmit information without transmitting energy, and they propagate through physical media without interacting with the media [compatible with crystals this way, too]
22.Torsion (Orgone) fields cannot be shielded by most materials, but can be shielded by materials having certain spin structures, as in #12 above.
23. Each physical object, in living or non-living nature, possesses its own characteristic torsion (Orgone) field [we put rare earth magnets in the orgone generating material in our Terminators to push orgone into the body in a toroid field for localized healing and pain relief]
24. All permanent magnets possess their own torsion (Orgone) field.
25. Torsion (Orgone) fields can be generated as a result of a distortion of the geometry of the physical vacuum. This is demonstrated by pyramids, cones, cylinders, flat triangles, etc.
26. Torsion (Orgone) fields can be screened by aluminium. This allows the use of aluminium coated mirrors, or highly polished aluminium to reflect our Orgone (torsion) field. See point 17 above.
27. It will pass through all materials, but at different speeds.
